KEEP COLD, SERVE HOT!
Keep the Risottini in the freezer. Then mind at zero, deep fry at 175°C. Fry the frozen balls in clean cooking oil for 4 to 5 minutes. We always recommend using a timer! When thawed only 2 to 3 minutes. Then let the risottini rest for 1 minute to allow the heat to penetrate.Â
