When do I receive my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, then it will be shipped. Delivery time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days International: 10-20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with locations all over the world!
Do I have to pay customs for my order?
I work with a printing company in the United States and have offices in Australia and Europe. The reason for this is because of their exceptional quality, but as such additional customs and tax charges may occur with international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for each country, so check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Please help us by doing the following before contacting us:
● Please check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Visit your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Parcel theft is on the rise - If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address you know you'll be there! If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbors, please contact us at info@our-icons.com with your order number.
If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your own expense. Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS zip code lookup to make sure you're doing it right!

I have received a wrong / damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly for you, please email us at info@our-icons.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will contact you as soon as possible with a solution!
