How do I prepare Risottini?
Keep the Risottini in the freezer. Then mind at zero, deep fry at 175°C.
Fry the frozen balls in clean cooking oil for 4 to 5 minutes. When thawed only 2 to 3 minutes.
Let the Risottini rest for 1 minute to allow the heat to pass through.Â
Can I also prepare Risottini in the oven?
No, that is not (yet) possible. Our products are only suitable for deep-frying.Â
